I am Very Glad to express my views.  The Principal is the key man of the school guidance services. Even what the classroom teachers able to do on his own varies with the Principal's personality, point of view and knowledge of guidance. The role of principal is to provide leadership, direction and co-ordination within the school. The principal's main focus should be develop and maintain effective educational program within his school and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning of his school.The Teachers may expect the principal to understand the nature of guidance and to have a vision of what if may accomplish, to develop the guidance program cooperatively with his staff, and to carryout the will of the group. It is his responcibilities to select new faculty members who have the guidance point of view, to educate and obtain from his Board and the public the necessary financial resources, to provide necessary time and, to release the creative energies of every members his staff.

The current principal of ASMV, Mr. AG. Fasmil [SLEAS- Ⅱ ,B.Sc(Hons), PGDEA, PGDE, M.ED]
worked at before assumed as the principal of ASMV , Deputy Director of Education, Zonal Education Office, Akkaraipattu.
Then he assumed as the principal of ASMV on 12th of June 2023.

He would be in charge of all the responcibilities of the school on a day to day basis and he has the powers for all the major decisions in the school.
